Can I request an earlier check-in?

The standard check-in time for all EPL properties is 15:00. But if the calendar permits, we would be happy to let you check-in earlier on the day of your arrival should you wish.

If we happen to have a guest check-out on the day of your arrival, we would generally be able to make the property available a bit sooner, but usually not before 13:00. In any event, we will always let guests know as soon as the place is ready for them.

If you require an early check-in, please let us know in advance so that we can guarantee this by blocking the calendar a day prior to your arrival. This early check-in service costs 50% of the daily rate and is only available provided the calendar permits it.

Can I request a late check-out?

The standard check-out time for all EPL properties is 10:00. If new guests are scheduled to arrive on the day you leave, it may not be possible to grant a later check-out. That said, if the new guests are expected to arrive during the evening, we would be willing to extend the check-out time until 12:00.

If you require a late check-out, please let us know in advance so that we can guarantee this for you by blocking the calendar on the day of your departure. This late check-out service costs 50% of the daily rate and is only available when the calendar permits it.

How far is the property from the Malta International Airport?

All our properties are located within 8 km / 5 miles from the three cities (Vittoriosa / Birgu, Senglea and Cospicua / Bormla). Depending on traffic, the drive to reach our properties is approximately 15 minutes.

Do your properties have a safety deposit box?

Yes, all our properties have a safe for your personal belongings. It is usually located in the closet of one of the bedrooms.

What are the house rules?

- Smoking is not permitted inside or on the balcony;

- Pets are not permitted;

- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00;

- No parties or events of any kind are permitted;

- No minors are allowed without a parent or legal guardian;

- Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles;

- No towels or items of any kind can be hung from the balcony railing.

That being said, respecting the house rules is fundamental to the coexistence with our neighbours and other guests. Failure to respect the rules can result in losing your security deposit. Is there parking available?

Each property has a designated area for free parking.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, all kitchens are fully equipped, including an electric hob, an electric oven, an extractor and various kitchen utensils.

Is there a washing machine available in the property?

Yes, all properties are equipped with a washing machine.
